Except for a few songs from K-Dot era I agree, C4 wasn't impressive. He stepped his game up heavy on Overly Dedicated though, and has been on a hot streak since.

tbh I think he is lyrical but that voice thing he does annoys me. he has 5 songs I like otherwise im cool off him. people think its cool to say hes the great one of this generation but Cole is number one out of Drake/Cole/Kendrick.
