It's true that Wayne was just using a bunch of poly-non-sequiturs and puns on No Ceilings though. For a tape that was doing that, it was above average. I'd give it a nice 7.5 out of 10. Really solid project. But there "WERE" some C4 outtakes that were better. America's Most Wanted Tour Weezeh was performing at his best on stage, from the looks of it, though. That's '09 before Halloween, nucca.
