No you don't. Legends are legends because their music stand the test of time and they influence generations. Wayne has done that, critically he's done it, commercially he's done it. Idk where you came up with this crazy thought that you need to make a whole conscious album to be a legend but you're just wrong. Wayne has conscious songs and political songs that show he could've done that lane if he wanted and that's all that matters. Tie My Hands will be remembered, is remembered. Georgia Bush will be remembered and is remembered. It's foolish to think there is a certain way you have to do things to be a legend, then you'd just be doing the same thing as everyone else and rap would be boring. Wayne is a legend because he breaks the generic mold of what a rapper was supposed to be, stop trying to box the genre in.
