Looks pretty dope tho. How's Touchwiz here? What about the camera performance? Build quality? 1080p AMOLED I'm sure is still pretty bad ass.

Change the launcher and effectively the way the whole phone works. Widgets, shortcuts, etc. Customization, really. Expandable storage/swappable batteries(varies with OEM). DL from browser to phone(unless they've added it to iOS). Install apps outside of the main store. Shit like that.
