oh.. I thought he meant QD3 because he said the people publishing the film showed it out of obligation (contractual). and cash money had nothing too do with the film.. so how would they even get the film.. like why would he sue QD3 if cm was to blame...

Oh damn. I got it all twisted I guess. I thought he sued cm and then apologized to wayne later for all the drama.
So Wayne didn't like some parts of it and QD3 decided not to release it? Then Adam sued them and was successful?

Wayne disliked some parts, Adam Bhala was left out and never got to know what he should change. QD3 released the movie anyways, Wayne sued QD3 and lost. Adam said sorry in court for all the trouble (even tho it never was his fault)
