Yes, I think Birdman had something to do with Rabbits death.. If you remember Wayne said that just after that happened, he went outside for a walk and Birdman drove past him and asked him why does he have that look on his face, like someone killed his father.. It's like Birdman already knew, and used it to get close to Wayne.

For everyone who says he couldn't have known Wayne gonna be a superstar. That's false. From young age Wayne was very clear about his goals, and he succeeded at very young age, meaning that he showed signs of his future at even earlier age. People like Birdman SEE and KNOW that, Birdman is a business man.

After that situation Birdman and Wayne became father and son. That way Birdman kept Wayne under his belt 'till we all know what happened..

Yes I believe he had a part in killing Wayne's father as they were rival drug dealers also the fact that he told Wayne he looked like his dad had died, I mean come on. Birdman is a mastermind -- don't put this past him.
