okay... so lemme break it down for ya.. I'm 21 my brother is 30 were 10 years apart he was the one who put me onto hip hop he started off listening to bad boy with Mase, BIG, Puff & them then he went onto Cash Money (where I was introduced to Wayne for first time) instantly I liked the guy as a kid his voice and he always sounded the coolest out of all the hotboys and BG, but any way around the time Carter 1 came out I remember my brother just listening to it all the time in his car and me and him would drive around and he would be playing it, I think that was the real first album I ever listened to front to back, and at that point Wayne became my favorite rapper and has been since.. But to shorten this up last night I'm at a get together with some friends playin beer pong hittin some gravs, and I say Drake or Wayne? Not right now, but ever... and all of them were like Drake tf? I'm like you guys are stupid.. Name me one album from Drake better than Carter 2 or 3... he doesn't have one.. and theyre like his last one Views, Take Care... I bout LOST MY SHIT.... I was like you guys are older than me cus I'm the youngest out of my friends everyone is 22, 23, 25.. and I said yall know how good wayne was in his prime he is top 10 of all time easy, my number 1...like did you forget how big that dude was? I can name you like 200 great Lil Wayne songs off the dome right now.. Like uhhhh this just pissed me off last night... it'd be different if I asked highschoolers this question cus they don't know any better, but people who are older...like damn, YA KNOW???

This. Plus Drakes best album is already 5 years old and couldn't even really outshine C4 at that time how tf they gon disgrace a legend. Drake may (for whatever reason) leave a bigger mark in pop culture but a real hip-hop head will always go with Wayne. To be precise most of them will give Drake hardly any credit as he is considered fake. Its good for him that he found himself a genre which fits his persona better but that means that you can't even compare him to any hip-hop artist. Guess what? Meek has (from a hip-hop point of view) a more valid point in Drake not writing his shit than Drake saying he sells more
