Well theres no scam with it. It went through the federal government. There might be unclear shit with the case, but it probably hasnt all been released yet.

Yeah theres no way to lie about it. If you think theres "unclear" information and such, it probably just hasnt been released. Or they havent discussed it yet with the court, but they probably will in Feb.

The small traces of DNA on the gun is just a bullshit way to get someone thrown in jail. Small amounts of DNA could quite easily be dust seeing as it's dead skin cells. They did everything in there power they could to get Wayne thrown in jail, he was targeted from the start. He took the plea and just gave them what they want. Hopefully at official sentancing all that will be noted and he will only get probation or something.
