My theories:

-DJ Drama did not have all the tracks when he got part 1, and did not have time to finish it with he hollidays. I believe D4 or D5 was delayed because Drama was finishing his tags

or

Family Feud is doing so well on Youtube that they want to maximize the revenue on that before everyone downloads the full project and stops using Youtube to play the song

I think it's more so the second option. And not just family feud but everyone is loving part 1 and maybe they don't want to over saturate the streets with too much music just yet. They probably are still working on it as well, adding another track or two and just making it perfect.

Correct. They probably only sent part 1 to Drama before Christmas to avoid leaks. At this point with no new info I have no clue whats going on. Why did Wayne say "D6 Reloaded, Happy New Year blah blah" on Twitter if the original plan wasn't to release it today?
