Did Drought 3 all come out at the same time?

The reason some look at it as two different projects is because it's a month apart, different cover art, different DL links, etc

That's what I was thinking when he released big bad wolf on the 23rd, they released part 1 two days after the singles and I think it makes sense dropping part 2 on the 25th, one month later
