it was a fake instagram account someone made for him a while ago. Before “Errbody” Remix by Yo Gotti, hence why Wayne said at the beginning of his verse “I ain’t got instagram” & then he shortly made an account after. Probably not someone he works with, prolly someone just wanting to troll people
