nah nah I listen to trash rap to (what I call new gen or Soundcloud rap). but shit ok this forum just getting weird, I didn't know Everyone was against it.

like.. I can see where y'all coming from cause the market is over saturated now, but it doesn't mean you have to listen to every single artist like Zim does. Like every generation there is ones that shine compared to the shit.

Uzi feels like a real artist, even if he does do gay shit. I consider Future a artist from this gen that shines to.

The worst thing about this new gen is that kids are feed this shit through streaming and the Internet. So they cant decide what's good and what's not. And they listen to trash, and it's weird. But they are up next so fuck it

i still ain't given X a real listen, but the dude doesn't appeal to me, the drake shit really burnt him plus that first song he came out, kicking it off with the dick in the pants line is cringe as fuck. I hope he looks back on that shit at the end of his career and be like "dam.. That was really how I kicked this off smh"

XXX has said himself he doesnt like Look At Me that much but it did propel him into the lime light because of all the memes and shit i have emphasised in the past that XXX as a person is really cringe and im a really big critic of him and his work i LIKE his music and his vision but he does some goofy ass shit that hurts his credibility but the reason he does it is genuinely because he in in charge or creating his own hype (his also insane though so theres that lol)


he also makes to many promises he cant keep because he had like 3 projects he was meant to drop that havent dropped and a lot of those had some very interesting concepts like he had an album that was soley gonna sample horror movies i thought that sounded pretty fire lol

Imo they kinda botched all the hype they had going to release d6r. D6 part 1 got great feedback, the cover and family feud came out a week later, it would've been perfect to drop d6r a week later. I get that they wanted part 1 to breathe a little but still c'mon. I thought the whole point of 2 parts is bc Wayne had so much material. So what're they still working on at this point? I get Wayne likes to work to the very last second on stuff but just seems like the hype died a good amount. With no updates or anything and being in the dark I'm kinda losing the buzz I had for D6r. Hopefully it comes soon
