Why did people say filter? Just read the word it's a filter, that would filter out a lot of chemicals in the weed meaning you won't get as high. It's like wasting weed if you're using a filter lol.

But for anyone that doesn't have any blunts and only papers, if you lick the outside of the paper gentely after you've rolled it then it burns slower than a blunt

Yeah, but what, you think wayne doesnt got his blunts rolled right? You could just do patch jobs if its a rip, no need for a whole entire j paper to be put on.

I think it's because wayne's rollin fatass kush blunts, which for those of you who dont know, get really resinous at the mouthpiece. The J paper would definitely help with this, and keep him from getting resin on his hands or lips. It would also cause it to burn slower, which is probably preferable as it seemed wayne's blunts were all personal.
