Id say so he released a cool experimental album (showing umatched versatility)Dropped the greatest rap music to date (tha carter series + sessions of course)
Dominated the mixtape game (and continues to do so tbh)
All kinds of great feature work notorious for 'making the song his"
Gave us artists like drake which in turn lead to the birth of artists like partynextdoor/the weeknd wouldn't have been possible without drake even further expanding waynes significance/reach
Reinvented the genre when it was hailed as 'dead' then Birthed an entire generation which resulted in the rebirth of hip-hop making it the most important genre in music today
