  • Will D6/Reloaded be Classic?

-I didn't feel this way until Family Feud came out. I needed to be convinced that we will get part 2 within the week
-I can't remember the last time Wayne had so much positive feedback. There have always been haters that think he doesn't say anything, or don't like how his voice sounds (I did not like Fireman at first when i was 15) but listening to the lyrics turned me into a huge fan
-Wayne is hungry, wants to get a milli first week for CV, and if they can get it on Spotify/Apple Music sometime in 2018 I think it can happen. D6 is the catylist
-I will never forget the rollout of this 2 part Project, and the excitement of listening to it. The rapping and content is on par with S4TW2 and FWA, but I feel like the excecution is better.

IANAHB-D5 were fun but I felt a decline. The word play was always there, but the flow and content was very inconsistent, and it lost the publics interest. D6/Reloaded reminds me of when there was a new 'Empire Drought is Over' mixtape every few months leading up to CIII. I am hyped AF for 2018. I hope Wayne and his team can capitalize on what he is doing right now.

Birdman is currently controlling everything in regards to cV. how is he going to put cV let alone anything commercially?

If reloaded is as dope as family feud, then yes, D6 is a classic Wayne tape.

Remember when they said that 2017 will be Waynes year? Maybe they know that the court process is coming to an end. It's been over 3 years (Oct 2014). This is the perfect comeback/hype that is needed. If the lawsuit was a setup to buy time and create hype because singles like Start a Fire flopped; the next 12 months will be the time to strike to get the most out of CV

I am saying the whole package of part 1 & 2 has a classic feel to it. The singles on Youtube have already passed 'Like a Man' and will be more than the In Tune We Trust tracks within a week (besides maybe Magnolia)

If it wasn't for a couple tracks having too many voice effects, and the chorus on 5 Star; part 1 alone is right there with NC to me in terms of the actual rapping.

I also think public opinion is about 80-90% of what turns a project into a classic. I love NC2, FWA, and S4TW2, but there wasn't even close to this much buzz for those. Fingers Hurting is still has under 6 Million views for example.

Wayne is not at Drake's level when it comes to popularity and commercial success. And even for Drake it would be tough to pull that off again. Needs a new One Dance and a new Hotline Bling. For Wayne I'd say even half a milli would be a tremendous success and a surprise. That's Kendrick numbers.
