Thats a good point. Definately too many average-below average tracks. People don't like the way it sounds, and everyone complained that he did too many WATTBA beats.

I'm glad that we got to hear it all. I might never want to listen to Hotline Bling, but I will always remember hearing it Thanksgiving 2015 haha

Id say the rapping is even better than S4TW2 on some tracks

overall S4TW2 is a better project, but I said the rapping is as good or better AT TIMES on NC2 as S4TW2.

Exactly No Ceilings 2 was great if you listen to his actual lyrics he�s spitting his ass off.. however I�d take D6 & S4TW2 over it cus I liked em more sonically and lyrically.

NC2 sounded like a autotuned SFTW2 dipped in lean and that's what made the tape for me lmao. Didn't like 2-3 songs each from both projects so I can't really put one over the other.
