This is one of those things that has always bothered me for years because I could never figure out what Wayne was saying but I always wanted to repeat it myself because it sounded so smooth
. On the first Dedication tape at the beginning of Track 07, "Wayne Explains His Deal (skit)," Wayne shoots off a quick line, from 0:05-0:08 that I can only make out as something along the lines of..."Ya nasca la mene, pop shots at the beanie." It almost sounds like he's incorporating a slight (Italian?) accent when he says it, the way he used to incorporate a Jamaican accent in songs like "Rude Boy" and "The Only Reason." Also, I can't remember what song it was, possibly one on Like Father Like Son, but I swear I remember hearing Wayne saying the "Ya nasca la mene..." part before in a different song.
Has anyone else heard Wayne say this phrase in any other songs and does anyone know what he's saying?
