the stand out tracks on d6r are easily better than the ones on d6 but overall d6 is better than d6r imo

Sorry 4 The Wait 2 is a SOLID mixtape, however, Part I of Dedication 6 is so cohesive, it's crazy. I love S4TW2 but I don't think it is better than D6 or D6R. I respect your opinion and music is so subjective I can't say you're wrong.

For me, personally (opinion) for post-CM Wayne:
D6 = D6R > Free Weezy Album > S4TW2 > In Tune We Trust > ColleGrove > T-Wayne > NC2

Dedication 6 (Part I) feels like an album. Dedication 6 Reloaded (Part II) feels like a mixtape. I can't choose which is better, yet.
