PROMETHAZINE WITH CODEINE. prescription cough syzzrup. You have to go to doctor and say a dry cough with sharp pain in throat is keeping you up at night. Then you get it pour 2-4oz into double stakked cup then add sprite to the top and a jolly rancher!
