How you guys feel about Wayne’s comeback? It’s been awhile since Wayne has been on top. Last year being on a huge commercial success of I’m the One and Codeine Dreamin, but I feel like him releasing D6 and D6R really started it all, then couple features here and there, Winning the lawsuit, Lil Weezyanafest and now all the rumors of the possible release of the Carter 5. Do you think Wayne will be on top of hip hop again? And do you think Wayne will continue to release music or finally retire? Either way I’m excited for C5 and just want to know how you feel about the GOAT rn

He's always said C5 was gonna be his last album and that he planned to retire at 35. This would be the the perfect way to go out on a Carter album.

As far as commercial success its hard to predict cause he's been off streaming platforms for 5 years now. With the hype C5 has gotten over the years, I'd say 300K minimum, 600k max.

Well. I said it on the C5 thread and ill continue to say it on there and even offline. I would love for Wayne to release C5 and for it to do good as far as sells and radio play and charts. I would love to see Wayne on top again. Where he belongs. That time where u cant get away from Wayne cause he everywhere. On tv shows performing or doing interviews. Or even Espn. Even tho he would be on Espn talking sports if C5 came out u know they would ask him about it. I just want Wayne back where he belongs.
