Digital Downloads are not available to customers outside of the US

So, I live in Germany, and as i wanted to Pre-Order Tha Carter V, I've noticed that Sentence on the Site:
"DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE US."

What does that mean? I don't get the chance to buy this Album, because i don't live in Germany?

I want the Album as MP3-Files on my Phone, because i dont use any Streaming-Services or some like that. I only use the Music-Player on my Phone.

So how can i get this Album on my Phone? I mean, i know i could download it illegaly somewhere, but... It's tha Carter V!
I want to have the OG one.

I hope somebody can help me here, since i want to wake up tomorrow and Download that shit straight to my Phone, so i can listen to it on my way to work.

You do have spotify in your signature though. Get a free trial of Deezer or Spotify. There is no other way I'm afraid.

If you buy it through iTunes (not download via Apple Music) you can listen on any device
