Im a 80's baby and why shouldn't wayne be allowed to be on a pac song? he was rapping before pac died and i think pac would appreciate what cash money was doin back in the day. They all was huge pac fans(baby,b.g., turk, juvenile, wayne). Remember the song suga and pac off the big tymers cd.
