These songs got stuck in your head so much that you can play them all day on repeat and never get tired. Why he is not making that kind of songs anymore if he will make that kind of songs he will beat Drake or anybody in terms of popularity. I can still bump these songs all day and while workout. Even non English people like that kind of songs without understanding a word. I first listened to them I don't know shit what he was saying but I still enjoyed them so much that I used to play them all the time and dance to them and all.

A lot of it just has to do with the evolution and current sound of music honestly. Wayne is such a diverse artist and has crazy longevity but he found his perfect fit production wise back in 2006-09ish. He can’t make these sort of songs forever if he wants to remain in the conversation how he has.

Great example being “Open Safe”... Mustard was arguably the hottest producer in the game when that was recorded and back in 2013 that had potential to be the #1 song on the album and 5 years later it’s still dope but it’s on the bottom 5 songs popularity wise.
