Don't fool yourself, this is what Wayne wants to wear. It's not like his stylist can come up with any imaginable outfit and tell him to wear it. It doesn't work that way. He is the superstar and public figure who tells his stylist what kind of clothes and styles he's into and they use that input to create an outfit or maybe even an addition to what he's already wearing.
Wayne just isn't an ordinary dude. However, he's taking it too far.
