Was watching a new episode of NCIS tonight, and the episode was called 'Mona Lisa'

In the episode a detective is drugged and wakes up not remembering the night, and they try to figure out what happened. In one scene, they were talking about a murder and using a girl to lure someone into a trap.

At this point one of the detectives says 'like Mona Lisa?', the other detectives look at him confused and he says 'you know Mona Lisa, getting an attractive girl to lure a guy in.' Again they all give him a blank look and he says 'you guys don't listen to rap do you', and the scene ends.
