I think his skills as a rapper has improved alot.
But I think that his understanding of how to structure a song has decreased.

I think C1 had the best structured songs of his whole career, probably because Mannie helped him out alot.

I mean, I get the "let's not forget he rhymes still unreal even though his voice/flow aren't what they used to be," and I agree that Wayne today is still as good or better than anyone else, but, like, the voice and flow ARE pretty major elements of a rapper's appeal.. If all people cared about was ability to stitch words together, then Canibus woulda had a career.

Yeah, you got a point. Wayne's voice isn't what it used to be, but his voice now are also good, just not as great as his 2006-7 voice for example.
