Mixtape Weezy

I know I’m getting a little a head of myself here, but I was listening to mixtape weezy today and was thinking about how we haven’t gotten a tape in a little bit. Last tape we got was D6:Reloaded which was released January of 2018 which is about a year and a half ago. A year and a half-2 years is normally the gap between mixtapes after looking at all the dates which they were released. Just wanted to start a little discussion here. How long do you think until we get another mixtape from the goat himself? Personally, I say we’ll get another tape about 3-6 months after Funeral since Wayne is always in the studio. Also, I hope the next tape he puts out is something new. Something fresh. Dedication series is great, but I feel like after D6R that should be the end. Don’t really want another No Ceilings either. What’s everyone’s thoughts?

I feel you. I’m not expecting a mixtape any time soon at all. Waiting on Funeral, and then I feel like the possibility for a tape to drop 6 months after that is possible. A small EP before funeral would be tight tho

I don't even mind if he just did albums instead of the tapes so he can make his money esp since he couldn't really make money during c5 delay

If Funeral wasn't so close and promo for it had not began I thought we wold be getting a new mixtape especially from that Old Town Road remix snippet

Yea I don't expect a mixtape. Just an album or two. Wayne's free we should be gettin a shit ton of music. But instead of EP we should just get OG C5 or at least a few songs off of it...
