I think C4 is like a low 7 and S4TW is like a low 6, however, Rollin is a masterpiece

Mixtapes and Albums are 2 completely different things.

Labels have way more control over an Album and mixtapes artist have more freedom which is why ppl always prefer an artists mixtapes over their albums.

But it's honestly a though choice. But I'll go with C4
