Im positive it was a Dedication 3 leftover. Now that I look at it I guess it was left off cuz it didn't feature any Young Money artists. D3 didn't have any Wayne solos. But it could've easily made any other mixtape. NC, SFTW

D3 should've been a separate YM mixtape and Wayne do D3 the right way.
