No Ceilings vs. you No Ceilings 2

Is it nostalgia or is the second one better?

I need to know because people are saying the second one is nice & I’m not too sure on that.






Please feel free to elaborate with in depth details as to why.



I personally feel it’s doesn’t hit as good as the first one maybe because of how the first one came out. Wayne had to proof at the time could still rap because he was putting out Rebirth. Plus, I love the fact he took us behind the music with No Cielings. Imagine witnessing Da Drought 3 being recorded.

Oh, & do you think he should’ve named it something else, I’m talking about No Cielings 2. I feel as if he would’ve named it something else I wouldn’t be so hard on it.

no ceilings 1 is pure vintage mixtape wayne classic bars, vibes and energy

NC2 is a lot more conceptual sort of he spit his damn ass off on many songs and hits some more creative sounds but its a very hit and miss project and ofcourse the problems with mastering and that r pretty detrimental

overall as a project and ESPECIALLY as a mixtape NC2 not really on NC1 level.

I dont think they should be compared the naming was very poor decision by wayne and team

No Ceilings 2 doesn't even come close no NC1. It should've had a different name tbh

As much as I did enjoy Nc2. I still love No Ceilings better. I really don't know how to explain y. maybe it is the memories. and its def all the songs Wayne killed. He went hard as fuck. and seeing him record some of it. was dope too.

No Ceilings 1 is pure classic, i love No Ceilings 2, but the first one was better. He killed every fucking song on NC1, the beats didn't deserve such cruel murder.

My first listen of No Ceilings was an amazing experience. Biggest smile on my face as my ears were filled with nothing but BARS. However, my first listen of NC2 wasn’t that amazing. WAAAAAYY too much auto tune. Mixing & mastering wasn’t 100%, not all official beats. After a couple listens, NC2 grew on me, but to this day I still can’t deal with the amount of auto tune.

The auto tune doesn't bother me. Its the best remakes and poor mixing & mastering they really makes it hard to enjoy same with D4
