Does anyone else find it weird how Wayne brags about doing coke, as opposed to just bragging about selling it?

Most rappers just brag about selling coke:

"I ain't talkin' to you, baby, less you buyin ten bricks" - Gucci Mane

"I'm the type that'll kill your connect when the coke price rise" - 50 Cent

But wayne says on Hollyweezy, "I got cocaine that's so good, need a name? Call it "Milk" Because milk does the body good."

We all know that wayne has rapped about selling coke before as well as doing drugs, but lean and weed are not nearly as bad for your health as cocaine. Isn't it kinda weird how he glorifies it?

Opioids kill WAYYYYYYYYYYYY more people than cocaine. Also idk how you get he's talking about doing coke from that line.
