I unironically really love Rebirth. It's just...fun? Like it's Weezy just stepping back and 200% not giving a shit for an album. rebirth is wayne's best album idgaf what anyone says. NO other rapper could pull that off that shit as well as he did. SONG wise, not rap/lyrical/mixtape etc, paradice is his best. i have never heard him sing with as much emotion as he does on that song. got me through a really shitty time in my life, must have listened to it 20+ times a day easily. everyone ive ever shown that song to loves it & 3/4ths of them didnt even know wayne had the ability to make a song like that.

I said on another thread I think Wayne has legit potential to make some popular rock songs, in particular alternative rock and slow rock. I think he needs the right people around him appropriate to the genre. But I have totally heard moments of absolute alt rock perfection in his voice and music here and there, and not just Rebirth. (I actually listen to alot of alternative rock music so I have strong feelings about this)
