I know it’s not Skylar grey because her voice is too soft to have the tonality that this girl does. I could hear it being Kesha but the only girl I’ve heard who uses what’s almost like a British accent in some words / phrases before (like how she says “close your eyes”) is Avril. When I first heard the song I actually thought it was a sample, so maybe the vocals are pitch shifted down slightly making it harder to tell?
