Immigration authorities can deny you at the border if you have a criminal history. You can go through a really elaborate application process with the government to get around these issues but seeing as Wayne doesn't even use lawyers to defend him when he gets sued and doesn't even go through regular security at his US concerts...I think they just said fuck it and decided not to bother applying

I also think some of it is political? Like some countries make a statement out of announcing that he won't be welcome
