  • Favorite Album and Favorite Mixtape, why?

What’s your favorite Wayne Album and Weezy mixtape? You can only choose one of each. Also explain why.

    Album: Tha Carter 4
It was very anticipated and for me, it didn’t disappoint. I liked so many songs on the album and had so many good times listening to it.

    Mixtape: No Ceiling
This is a tough one to put over Da Drought 3 but I have to. Again it came at the perfect time in my life. Everybody was bumping this and playing CoD. A great time.

    Album: Tha Carter III
Wayne's Magnum Opus, nearly a step up over C2 in every way (C2 also a classic), an essential and top 10 rap album ever

    Mixtape: Drought Is Over 2
Yes I know this isn't official but this is my favorite body of wayne music. I've only been a wayne fan for 2 years but when I listened to this my freshmen year of high school, it blew my mind. I had heard Prostitute Flange & Something You Forgot around Jan. 2018, but when I listened to the tape in April 2018, I had so much fun listening. That project is so enjoyable...

      Album: Tha Carter
It just sounds the best to me. Like the energy on the album still hits hard. The Mannie Fresh production was crazy too and wayne just sounds so in pocket.

      Mixtape: Dedication 2
To this day its a top 5 project in rap history to me. OG weezy for 20+ songs. it doesnt get much better.

        Fav Album: Tha Carter V
I really enjoy this new Tunechi and it was a great end to Tha Carter series if it is the last one.

        Fav Mixtape: The Suffix
This is the most underrated Tunechi project ever, it needs more love.

Da Drought 3 - it's very lighthearted and fun and it never fails to put me in a good mood.

CV - the production is fire, its dense, waynes voice is great throughout most of it, his singing on some of these songs is relaxing and feels genuine. C3 is a very very very close second.... fuck it, it's a tie

                      Carter 2
Peak wayne rapping wise and had the perfect voice mixed great production he couldn’t miss. Just a lot of soul in that album.

                      Da drought 3
This is hard but it comes down to quantity there’s just too many great tracks to chose from

                        Album: Tha Carter III
It is just simply the most influential album of the past 20 years and nothing will ever match it.

                        Mixtape: No Ceilings
Just so many legendary remixes on here. Banned From TV is one of my favorite songs ever as well

                        Also honorable mentions to:
C4, IANAHB II, Da Drought 3, and D2
