I read in a interview (when C3 came out) that he gives Universal songs he thinks should go on the album but they pick the final songs for his album and he said he preferred that they used the songs from the C3 sessions. Also i guess this is the reason why he said that he didn't know what songs were on C3 when it 1st dropped but is it apart of his contract or something?

I think I maybe gotta an answer to that. First of all he's a musician so his role is only to do the music but anyways ... When you rap you have great punchlines in each song so it's hard to throw songs away when you know that even though the complete song isnt album material, theres at least 2-3 crazy lines or a good hook.Let Tha Carter Free
