Thinking back to those of us with VIP tix from the Wayne/Blink tour....we are supposed to get special merch + the CD. When those crazy packages with the face tats went out, there was a hat, so I was like is this the merch? But even people with regular non-VIP tix who were not expecting merch with their ticket ended up receiving that.
