As long as he drops a quality album itll go platinum. Funeral already probably has 75k+ in preorders from tour bundles. He will do atleast 225k first week. Then at least 75k second week. That's already 300k. Plus he probably has dababy and lil baby on the album both those songs are going at the very least Gold. Thats another 100k. So now we at 400k. Then if he had Drake on the album the song will go at least 2x platinum. So now the album is Gold. Then it'll be at least platinum by the end of the year. Funeral could actually be bigger than C5 overall if they promote it right etc. The first week sales wont be higher but it could outsell it in the long run.

Even IANAHB2 is eligible for platinum maybe even 2x platinum.

I think I'd be happy with 2020s Wayne if his team would figure out how they can financially capitalize on all the unreleased music that hasn't leaked yet. For instance officially dropping 30-40 unreleased songs/yr. In that way Wayne can effectively retire, while still satisfying fans. Probably more optimistic than realistic though.
