Can someone address why these fake albums are on Tidal?

I came across a bunch of fake Lil Wayne albums on Tidal. (and it appears that they used to be on Spotify as well) I�m just wondering why they are on professional music apps if they are fake. It doesn�t take the brightest Lil Wayne fan to realize that these are compilations of songs that Wayne was featured on, dropped as a single, or was an unreleased leak. The albums are as follows:
Piru Dreams
Devil Inside
Face 2 Face
Gettin' Some Head
Here�s to the Roc
Baked
Losing Myself
Back on My Shit
Gone Till November
Don't Crucify Me
Haemoblogin
Lil Tunechi 3
Valley of Death
