i don't know about worst, it has great songs. Maybe most dissapointing, but not the worst. The fact that he wasn't on the Interlude and the Outro is a crime. Songs like So Special and How To Hate have no place on C4

I'd say more disappointing than worst album but It's the worst of Tha Carter series for sure. I think IANAHB2 is his worst album overall.

idk, we know he atleast finished C5 (we got the official tracklist for the OG version). There could've been OG versions of C2 & C3 too.

I remember Wayne saying in an interview he had to completely redo C2 which had a more soulful sound when Mannie Fresh left Cash Money. So I believe there was an OG C2 that was mainly produced by Mannie

I mean we have a lot of those songs, When You See Me (BM JR 2), Hood Rich, Birdman's On, Fresh's Blessing, Cash Money Nigga...I'm sure there are more I'm missing
