  • Wayne's own favorite mixtapes? I predicted them.

In the interview last week, listing his favorite mixtapes, first was
    No Ceilings
    others mentioned were
Da Drought 3, "one of the Sorry 4 The Wait" tapes, Dedication 4 [or then he said any of the Dedication tapes] and The Prefix

I can guarantee you he meant Sorry 4 The Wait 2. Guaranteed.

Not to brag, but definitely to brag, three years ago I published my ranking of all Wayne tapes and albums. Looking at mixtapes, my ranking went like this:
    1. ***No Ceilings
    2. *Dedication 6 (added to my list last year)
    3. ***Sorry 4 The Wait 2
    4. *Dedication 5
    5. ***Da Drought 3
    6. No Ceilings 2
    7. ***Dedication 4

So I nailed the top spot and agree with Wayne himself on everything except The Prefix (where I put in No Ceilings 2 instead).

No wonder Wayne says reading my book "is like looking in the mirror."

No offense but Tunechi did list the majority of his tapes and I think everyone could of named the tapes he named as his favorites too, it's not hard.

5 out of 30 or even 10 out of 30 is nowhere close to a majority

It's the majority of his popular tapes. Love your work, you're a good man but you're getting full of yourself. He named the classics. That's it.

Didn't mention Dedication 2 which is a classic

“Da Drought 3, The Leak and Tha Carter III
This period features facile, dynamic, playful, innovative and melodious vocal delivery styles. Not nearly as dense in puns, polysyllabic rhyme, or other literary devices as his later work but basking in fast-moving imagery, the lyrics of this period are characterized by abundant humor, casual joviality and rapidly shifting metaphorical paradigms. Of the three albums/mixtapes, Tha Carter III is the pinnacle, with Da Drought 3 and then The Leak behind.”

I wish the people in the back would’ve let him answer first instead of blurting out No Ceilings. Like who asked them?? He probably still would’ve mentioned it but seems like he just agreed to that person

When he said Dedication 4 I'm sure he meant D5. Itchin' is one of his fav songs and he admitted on D6 that D4 was full of pussy raps
