I love this thread. this is 1 of my favorite albums from Wayne to be real. Its just different. It could have had some of the leaks on there to make it even better but it is what it is and still a great album to me. Drop the World. Paradice. Runnin. Im So Over You. are some of my favorites from this album.

Rebirth is hated and slept on. But that’s fine bc people don’t know what they’re missing. That era was Wayne experimenting with another vibe. Just so happens that a lot of his fans didn’t like that particular brand of music. I don’t care much for rock music but Wayne had some really good stuff from this era.

Trust Nobody is the only song that really sounds like an extension from Rebirth on Funeral.

Personally. as much as I like both Rebirth and Funeral. I cant see this as a sequel. I cant compare these albums because they both different.

in no way shape or form is funeral even close to being a sequel to rebirth lmao idk why wayne said that. the closest it got was dreams & ironically to me that is the best song on the whole tape, cuz it has such great rebirth vibes.
