In the book the bodybuilder states that Wayne throws multiple women including herself out of his house,skatepark or hotelroom for the most miniscule things. Even just talking to him or asking a quastion can lead to him throwing you out immediatley.
Also they are just there to pleasure him and follow his demands. He not even tells girls beforehand what they have to do. They arrive and get told that they have to do a threesome with an old bodybuilder or a Girl with a cock.
