Anyone whos order has been stopped and returned to Amazon, if they haven't refunded you just claim that it is against the law for them to take your money and you to not receive a good or service from them. They may have no option but to give you the album, if not at least you've kicked up a fuss and you'll get your refund quicker than others lol
