But he does not know how to structure a good song better than Drake, Travis, Kendrick and honestly the majority of good rappers.
Which is probably a factor why his popularity declined. Todays kids want something catchy, and straight rapping simply does not cut it anymore.

Yes exactly. With straight rapping wayne will always be GOAT, but nowadays all the hit rap songs have these sing songy choruses and the rap part flies over most ppls heads lmao
