    This happens all the time.

Rappers sometimes pass on the beat or recorded over it and end up deciding not to use it.

For example, Wayne's IANAHB2 Intro & Rick Ross' Rich Forever.

Same beat, both artist recorded to it.

Ross beat Wayne to it as far as releasing it.

This kind of shits been happening for 20+ years.

ya mon it happens loadsss its not even lazy, swizz beatz and a tonne of producers repackage beats but i kinda like it, producers have there own frame works n stuff and you can hear rappers all collaborating and "having a go" at it lol

there's loads of songs that wayne has done that have been altered or started off as other songs or beats producers release that are identical to others

and on the topic of the thread rappers get sent the same beat packs all the time not lazy/disrespectful at all producers need to get paid to!!

Remember the era when literally every single hip hop song sounded like 9 Piece and John etc.
