I think you missed the whole point of the No Ceilings mixtapes. They are supposed to be homages to the original songs. Its actually incredibly how he can use each artists individual flow like that. You may think its lazy but I promise you its not easy to take a flow and then add the lyrics to fit. Its really fucking talented to be able to mimic all these different styles effectively.
Now I don't love every song on NC3. I think some are lazy like the drake x lil durk song you mentioned, its not good. But 'Lowdown' and 'Sum2prove' are fantastic homages to the original lil baby songs. Even using some of the OG lines I think is creative, because he rhymes them with different things, puts his own spin on it.
My point is that expecting original stuff on No Ceilings, and Dedication series to an extent, is off base, because he uses these projects to pay homage to the original songs. Go listen to Funeral and/or other studio albums for original stuff.
