Happens all the time with Tunechi proejcts.

They get hated on straight away when they are released and compared to his previous projects.

Years later they are then praised and called "underrated", "slept on", etc.

I am expecting NC3 to get hate and compared to the first NC when that one drops..... then years later I expect to see people calling it an amazing project.

i enjoy about half of IANAHB2 but the songs i dont like doesn't really ruin the experience of listening to the album for me. same with c4

Here’s what I’ll say about c4. Tho it’s not necessarily my go to Lil Wayne album or at least in the past, no one else could make an album like that. Like for a lot of albums, if someone gave u it on the street u would believe it was someone off the street. But if someone off the street gave u c4, u would call him a genius or great. Like it came from Wayne so we knock it, but imagine if it was his debut album. He would be a legend and reverred as instantly one of the greatest. It’s just not what we were accustomed to and there’s literally no album like it in rap. But imagine if a rapper came out and dropped c4 now. They would instantly be heralded

ianahb2 is harder to see that but for c4 especially
