Why is it people including myself have been saying this for a few years and got a lot of shit for it but now in more recent time it's been coming out more than people are concerned about his health. Where were these people when this shit started like 3-4 years ago? not aimed at op, but generally asking.

Probably not gonna happen though. he needs prison for all of that to happen, but if he goes to prison it's legit 10+ years probably. if he's out in the world he'll never get clean or get his shit together.

When he got out of prison in 2010, he was in the best shape of his life, looked very healthy too.

thank you OP for finally bringing this up. has it really taken this long for everyone to realize something clearly is not right with him? FWA was his last solid, cohesive, (for the most part) mentally stable project. everything after that (after the whole birdman issue peaked and came to and end) is when not only did his music change, but you could instantly tell he as a person changed as well... visually especially. & it's not just his fucking dreads he looks sickly at times. everything after that period of time (in my eyes) has been the biggest most depressing downfall ever. i literally cant even make it through NC3 & i've tried multiple times, it's just not the same person to me anymore. i feel absolutely no passion/drive/energy from his music anymore it's like he's just coked up in the studio spewing out whatever random shit comes to his head and then being like "ok good enough" & leaving. i'm scared for his health & mental wellbeing, like OP said you can hear it in his lyrics.. especially for the last 5 years that shit is just not right.

I've come to terms with him probably not living into his golden years due to drug abuse (over so many years it accumulates) but hope he enjoys his life to the fullest while here. You never kno tho, medicine be getting real good and he has all the money you need to be taken care of
