I support the sentiment of fck fhe grammys but next to that wayne must be seriously out of touch with whats going on in music if he thinks his Funeral album should be anywhere near eligible for a grammy in extension to that even C5 wasn't trult worthy only recent project would be FWA whe C3 won it was the most unique and creative album of that year C5 was great but didn't really outshine or bring anything new to the table

tbh i dont think the grammys are "rigged" i just think they dont care about getting the hiphop categories right. Alot of hiphop awards arent even televised and havent been for a long time. Their target audience isnt HH fans.

as far as whats "in", they gave anderson paak the award for best melodic rap song over The Box, LNCL and Rockstar. If they were going for whats in, it would of been one of those 3 haha

sales can definitley be used as a metric for good music.
LIR2 is a 2017 project and for it to do around 500K in 2020 alone, 3 years later, is a testament to how good it is.
If it's being streamed/purchased that much, this much later, it's got to be good.
